 Responsibilities:

 Study case files, prepare comprehensive summaries, and discuss them with the responsible lawyer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft legal memos, pleadings, and documents for cases handled by the firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide specialized and in-depth legal advice across various legal fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze complex legal issues and provide innovative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth legal research and studies on specific topics as requested by the firm or its clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed legal analyses and recommendations based on solid legal foundations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure legal integrity and protect client interests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential legal risks and provide the necessary recommendations to mitigate them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal support to lawyers by analyzing cases and offering formal legal opinions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the latest legal and judicial developments and share knowledge with the firm's team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of internal legal policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of
 
 5 years of experience
 
 in law firms.
 </li>
 <li>
 experience in the
 
 Legal Real Estate
 
 sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full proficiency in the
 
 English language
 
 (both spoken and written).
 </li>
