This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience to our executive and VIP clientele. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are non-negotiable.<br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br>
</div><ul><li>Manage and oversee reservations with meticulous accuracy</li>
<li>Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs in real time within a 24/7 operational environment</li>
<li>Proactively monitor all trips to ensure flawless execution and on-time performance</li>
<li>Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership</li>
<li>Maintain detailed trip notes, client preferences, and service standards</li>
<li>Adapt quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and last-minute requests</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications &amp; Attributes:<br>
</div><ul><li>Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or high-end logistics</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar</li>
<li>Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure</li>
<li>Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation</li>
<li>Discretion and professionalism when handling high-profile clientele</li>
