This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to grow their practice within a structured, executive-style outpatient setting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations (ICD-9/ICD-10)</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy (CBT, psychodynamic, behavioral modalities)</li><li>Deliver crisis intervention and trauma-informed care</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and CPT coding for billing</li><li>Provide telehealth services when appropriate</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Support clients in mindset development, accountability, relationship dynamics, and performance optimization</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution</li><li>Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist)</li><li>Active NPI number required</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience preferred</li><li>Experience with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and medical documentation</li><li>Strong background in psychotherapy and case management</li><li>Comfortable working full-time in-office</li><li>Professional presence suited for high-functioning/executive clientele</li><li>Experience integrating therapy with life coaching, executive coaching, or goal-based performance work</li><li>Strong skills in accountability coaching, behavioral change strategies, and solution-focused approaches</li><li>Ability to work with high-functioning professionals, entrepreneurs, and executive clientele</li><li>Professional presence, strong boundaries, and high emotional intelligence</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>W2 employment</li><li>$9,000&ndash;$13,000 monthly based on caseload</li><li>Established referral stream</li><li>Administrative and billing support</li><li>Professional, upscale office environment</li></ul>If you are driven, growth-oriented, and committed to helping clients elevate both their mental health and life performance, we invite you to apply and grow with Horizon America, Inc.Job Type: Full-timePay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
