What you bring:

As a Technology Lead at Horizontal Digital, you will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. The Technology Lead is a critical role for the team and will own the full technology stack that supports our digital solutions.
We&rsquo;re looking for a digital technology expert who is comfortable leading as a player/coach. In this role you will manage developer resources and work side-by-side with project teams as an active participant defining requirements, shaping technical solutions, and taking a hands-on approach to implementation and quality assurance. We&rsquo;re looking for a Data Analyst who brings precision, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset to every engagement. You&rsquo;ll be instrumental in surfacing insights that fuel our digital experiences &mdash; and guide our clients toward smarter, data-backed decisions.
What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Gather, clean, and interpret large volumes of data across web, campaign, and product analytics</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, GA4, and Looker Studio</li>
</ul><ul><li>Work closely with stakeholders to identify performance trends and opportunities across digital platforms</li>
</ul><ul><li>Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and DataLayer structures to ensure robust data collection</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with strategy, design, and tech teams to measure the effectiveness of digital experiences</li>
</ul><ul><li>Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul><ul><li>Continuously improve tracking accuracy, analytics workflows, and campaign tagging processes</li>
</ul>What you bring:
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a data analyst or digital analytics role</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Power BI, and strong Excel/Sheets knowledge</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience working with websites and CMS platforms, with an understanding of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) a plus</li>
</ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience building and managing GTM containers and custom DataLayers</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with ad tracking, media performance analysis, and optimization (DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings in simple terms</li>
</ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul><ul><li>Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python scripting for automation, or experience developing dashboards for marketing teams</li>
