We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer to support our growing client needs and demands by discovering, researching, designing, and defining UI solutions for our customers.

<li>Great portfolio of UI design examples that showcase your ability to bring brands to life through meticulously designed digital platforms and experiences</li>
<li>4+ years’ experience as a UI professional skilled in responsive interface design</li>
<li>Extensive experience of working with established design systems as well as building new ones from scratch</li>
<li>Experience leading UI design across multiple platforms</li>
<li>Proven experience “owning” projects from start to finish</li>
<li>Ability to lead working sessions with team members and presentations to clients</li>

<li>Experience designing complex, multi-variant web-based applications</li>
<li>Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint</li>

 As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect at Horizontal Digital, you will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. The role is critical for the team and for our Salesforce projects.
 
 
 We're looking for a digital technology expert who is comfortable leading as a player/coach, as well as pre-sales activities. In this role you will manage developer resources and work side-by-side with project teams as an active participant defining requirements, shaping technical solutions, and taking a hands-on approach to implementation and quality assurance. You will work across multiple projects with a diverse team consisting of a mix of front and backend developers, digital strategists, project managers, and the UX/creative team. Your goal is to manage a team to produce great work, expand our technical capabilities, and help clients meet digital objectives.
 
 
 What you'll do:
 
 
 Horizontal Delivery Practice and New Business Development
 
 
 <ul>

 Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with functional and business clients to determine solutions that drive additional business value
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Salesforce products including core: Sales, Service, Data , Experience and Marketing Cloud
 </li>
 <li>
 Based on client requirements, define, and refine integrated enterprise solution architectures leveraging cross-cloud Salesforce technology and products
 </li>
 <li>
 Estimate the effort required to implement the proposed solution and define delivery approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.

 Complete analysis of client business and technology needs against Salesforce features and functionality.

 5+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.

 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in any of the following is a plus: Interaction Studio, Datorama, Customer 360, Tableau CRM.
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of implementing SF solutions with an emphasis on Sales and Service Cloud.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working within cross-functional project team to understand requirements and deliver solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to articulate transformation journeys and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to engage with senior clients, including C-level clients in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Salesforce certification(s) and overall understanding of capabilities of Salesforce products
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience defining the structure of the system, it's interfaces and the principles that guide the client
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree preferred.
