 Responsibilities

 Design and create packaging and product artwork in alignment with manufacturing requirements.
 </li>

 Develop graphic designs for user manuals, instructions for use, and other product documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance on graphic technology and oversee the artwork approval process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify vendor proofs and communicate necessary changes to ensure accuracy in printed materials.

 </ul>
 
 Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and XML-based authoring software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills to manage project scopes and shifting priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in creating graphics for instructional text, including product illustrations and software screen layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 A background in the medical or general surgery industry is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to provide creative solutions and innovative design concepts.
