 Technical Recruiter
 
 
 
 
 Experience: 1-5 years
 
 
 
 
 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (On-site).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates must have substantial experience in domestic contract staffing or contract-to-hire(C2H) roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and conduct in-depth technical interviews, evaluating candidates' technical proficiency and cultural fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and extend job offers to select candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and addressing any concerns or questions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process.
 </li>

 Minimum Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, in the technology industry for product clients only.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software engineering, data science, IT, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top technical talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates' technical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
 </li>
