 Responsibilities

 Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to boost collaboration and effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product owners to define product development goals and meet business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain team backlogs, ensuring adherence to best practices for project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and overcome impediments for smooth project execution and delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share reports demonstrating value and improvements with stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and train teams to nurture a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or LeSS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Over 3 years of professional experience in an agile environment
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in agile planning tools like Jira and Mural
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with agile backlog management and planning tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Skill in building and maintaining motivated and highly engaged teams
