About the Company: Horn Ok Please is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company operating across the UAE. We specialize in linehaul, last-mile deliveries, and warehouse management. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin &amp; Accounts Executive to join our team and help streamline our operations and accounting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounts in Zoho Books (expenses, vendor bills, payments)</li><li>Manage payroll for drivers, helpers, and office staff</li><li>Handle all driver and helper queries regarding schedules, payments, and operations</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and petty cash</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, expenses)</li><li>Ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements</li><li>Support general administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Female with UAE Spouse Visa</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in accounting and admin</li><li>Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to manage staff queries</li><li>Organized, proactive, and trustworthy</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Our office is located in DIP, Dubai.
