<div>The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our wonderful in-house therapy team!
Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.</li><li>
The Physical Therapy assistant will document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.</li><li>
Document their treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.</li><li>
Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.</li><li>
Physical Therapy Assistant will monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders.</li><li>
Participate in implementation of resident care plans.</li><li>
Will work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.</li></ul> 
Education/Experience<ul><li>
Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.</li></ul>
