<div>The Learning &amp; Development Manager at Hose Master will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development and a track record of successful training and development program implementation.
</div>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy that supports business objectives and employee growth.
</li><li>Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, HR, and performance evaluations.
</li><li>Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, including both in-person and online formats.
</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
</li><li>Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
</li><li>Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and resources.
</li><li>Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
</li><li>Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a similar role.
</li><li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
</li><li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality training solutions.
</li><li>Relevant certifications in learning and development are advantageous.
