Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a highly motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>This is a FULL-TIME opportunity (5-day work week - 40 hours/week) On-Site</li>
<li>Rotating shifts are: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm</li>
<li>Rotating days off are: Fri OR Sat, and every Sunday off</li>
<li>Possibility to schedule around prior commitments with advance notice</li>
</ul>
Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>Typical earning range is $45,000 - $65,000</li>
<li>Hourly base pay plus monthly bonuses based on lead generation success</li>
<li>There is no cap on the potential for earned bonuses!</li>
</ul>
What Does an Internet Sales Coordinator Do?
 
<ul>
<li>Communicate with customers via phone and internet to generate appointments for customers interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle</li>
<li>Professionally facilitate the processing of inbound sales calls</li>
<li>Complete a daily work plan including follow up calls, emails, and customer satisfaction calls</li>
<li>Keep up to date on current incentives, specials, promotions, and product knowledge as necessary</li>
<li>Meet appointment setting goals</li>
<li>Maintain Customer Relationship Management database</li>
<li>Adhere to the National and State Do-Not-Call policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Call center with lead generation experience will be given preference but is not required</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated and positive/enthusiastic; your success is directly tied to your efforts</li>
<li>Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, learn quickly and work with technology</li>
<li>Should have basic computer knowledge/comfort with technology</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus but not required</li>
<li>Must be able to successfully pass a drug test</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between customers and dealership managers/sales consultants to achieve departmental gross profit and performance standards through dedicated specialized telephone activity while enhancing C.S.I. and sales volumes.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
<ul>
<li>Answer and address incoming customer inquiries via telephone, online chat, and email</li>
<li>Schedule sales appointments</li>
<li>Professionally facilitate the process of internet leads and inbound sales calls</li>
<li>Complete daily work plan including, but not limited to:</li>
<li>Lease renewal follow up calls</li>
<li>Manifest lists</li>
<li>Customer satisfaction calls</li>
<li>Chat requests</li>
<li>Understand and communicate current incentives, specials, promotions and product knowledge as necessary</li>
<li>Contact customers using management approved outbound phone scripts and customer contact lists</li>
<li>Update/collect customer's name, multiple phone numbers and email address from all incoming calls and input/correct information into appropriate databases</li>
<li>Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database</li>
<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed</li>
</ul>
