Overview Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting office operations. You will assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and office management tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Your proactive approach will help keep our financial processes efficient and our office running seamlessly. This candidate will perform cross functional support to our current staff.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments</li><li>Perform data entry with precision, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting bookkeeping activities</li><li>Handle front desk duties, greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, calendar management, and organizing office supplies</li><li>Maintain professional phone etiquette while supporting customer inquiries and providing customer support or support for administrative needs</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office, Google and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations efficiently</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable</li><li>Experience in office management or receptionist roles such as medical</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Excellent typing speed and computer literacy across various platforms including Microsoft Office</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while providing outstanding customer service</li></ul>This position offers a vibrant work environment where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will be valued.
