<div>Answers phone and greet visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; forwards messages/information to staff; provides directional assistance and relays information; accepts deliveries and assists office personnel with clerical duties.</div><br>

<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<div>&sect; Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner.</div>
<div>&sect; Processes mail, faxes, office deliveries and death certificates.</div>
<div>&sect; Provides quality clerical support.</div>
<div>&sect; Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.</div>
<div>&sect; Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.</div><br>

<div><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></div>
<div>&sect; High school diploma or equivalent experience.</div>
<div>&sect; Minimum two years multi-line phone experience.</div>
<div>&sect; Working knowledge of multi-line phone system.</div>
<div>&sect; Proficient computer skills.</div>
<div>&sect; Ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone.</div><br>

<div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<div>&sect; Previous medical office/health care experience preferred.</div><br>
