WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul><li>
Performs preventive maintenance tasks associated with building systems and equipment upkeep.</li><li>
Performs tasks associated with troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and system components.</li><li>
Performs equipment and component replacements and new installations.</li><li>
Maintains files on equipment.</li><li>
Complete and maintain compliance related documentation.</li><li>
Assists in training staff on the operations and maintenance of building systems.</li><li>
Operate with a flexible work schedule</li><li>
Maintain a good working relationship with service vendors and contractors.</li><li>
Maintain a good working relationship with other facility staff.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
SUCCESS CAPABILITIES:<ul><li>
Certification or degree in one or more building trades; plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or HVAC or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Four years of experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical repair preferred</li></ul>

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:<ul><li>
Compliance to Annual Flu Shot Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation</li><li>
Provide an active auto insurance policy as a licensed driver in the State of Ohio with the proper level of coverage as directed</li><li>
Provide an active driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.</li><li>
High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.</li></ul> 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is medium to heavy work requiring the exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently; work requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions; vocal communication; hearing, and visual acuity. Employee is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, hazard, and atmospheric conditions.
