We are expanding and looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team and support our mission of excellence and integrity in all branches.Position Overview:The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across our pharmacy branches &mdash; including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in developing a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused workforce.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for pharmacy staff.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Manage employee performance, attendance, and professional licensing renewals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards.</li><li>Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits.</li><li>Build a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues.</li><li>Provide HR reports and insights to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.</li><li>HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;40,000.00 - E&pound;60,000.00 per month
