Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.</li><li>Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li><li>Monitor, respond to, and engage with community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure content is high-quality and on-brand.</li><li>Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.</li><li>Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and brand campaigns via social media.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for growth opportunities.</li><li>Manage paid promotions and boosted posts when necessary.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Attend events and shoots, capturing photos and videos for social media content</li><li>Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.</li></ul>Qualifications:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.&#9679; 1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in a social media role.&#9679; Proficiency in social media tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.&#9679; Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.&#9679; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&#9679; A creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency.&#9679; Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus, like Inshot, VN, Capcut, Clipchamp, Etc.Preferred Skills:&#9679; Experience in running Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending formats.&#9679; Familiarity with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.&#9679; Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.&#9679; Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a bonus.Interview Address:- 39, Hill Breeze Road, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, near Jain Studio, Veena Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
