Job Overview:Hot N Spicy is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Internal Audit Associate to support our internal controls, ensure compliance, and strengthen operational efficiency across all departments. This position plays a key role in safeguarding company assets, improving processes, and maintaining transparency in financial and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct routine internal audits across Finance, Store, Inventory, HR, and Operations.</li><li>Verify invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documents for accuracy.</li><li>Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.</li><li>Perform cash audits, petty cash checks, and review daily cash sheets.</li><li>Cross-check payroll, attendance, overtime, and related records.</li><li>Carry out physical stock counts and review stock issuance, consumption, and wastage.</li><li>Examine procurement documents such as purchase orders, vendor bills, and GRNs.</li><li>Identify gaps, irregularities, or risks and report them to senior management.</li><li>Prepare audit observations and follow up on pending issues.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and keep all audit files updated and organized.</li></ul>Qualifications&amp; Required Skills<ul><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in audit.</li><li>ACCA qualified will be preferred.</li><li>MBA is acceptable, but not below MBA (no lower qualification will be considered).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
