We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in payroll preparation, salary deposits, employee advances, loan tracking, uniform management, and overall HR operations across branches.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in monthly payroll preparation and reconciliation</li><li>Coordinate salary deposits and banking documentation</li><li>Maintain advance, loan, and allowance records</li><li>Manage uniform issuance, deductions, and reporting</li><li>Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance</li><li>Coordinate with HR &amp; Finance teams for smooth operations</li><li>Support branch-level HR activities and employee concerns</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or relevant field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of HR/payroll experience</li><li>Strong MS Excel and documentation skills</li><li>Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience will be preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply at Jobs@hot-nspicy.comPay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com)</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong command of MS Excel (basic formulas, reconciliations, data handling)</li><li>Experience with ERP/accounting software</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate variances</li><li>Manage vendor and supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Record and monitor daily cash payments and receipts</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts</li><li>Prepare and review trial balance and supporting schedules</li><li>Execute month-end closing activities with proper documentation</li><li>Ensure timely posting of journal entries (expenses, accruals, adjustments)</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (operations, procurement, etc.) to ensure data accuracy</li><li>Maintain proper audit trail and supporting documents</li><li>Assist in financial reporting and analysis</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Problem-solving mindset</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply at Jobs@hot-nspicy.comPay: From Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
