JOB RESPONSIBILITES:<ul><li>Welcomes customers by greeting them, offering them assistance.</li><li>Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.</li><li>Take orders while paying attention to details.</li><li>Properly use equipment such as machine, chillers, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, laptops, POS.</li><li>Guiding and answering queries of customer.</li><li>Handling all the cash transaction.</li><li>Receive payment by cash, credit card, etc.</li><li>Keeping the store tidy and clean.</li><li>Comply with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.</li><li>Minimize time &amp; improve quality to take customers&rsquo; orders.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of Experience</li><li>Friendly and engaging personality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Familiar with POS Machine.</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.</li><li>Ability to make customer-oriented and cost-effective decisions, take responsibility.</li><li>Language required : English, Hindi, Malayalam</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cafe/Restaurant: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Waitress: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Cashiering: 2 years (Required)</li><li>UAE: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>server: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 05/05/2025
