<div>JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent attention to detail of assigned clients and/or policies, while working closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for prospect&rsquo;s proposals, while conforming to laws, regulations and requirements governing the insurance industry.</li>
<li>Includes practice specialists, as needed throughout the business development process to best manage prospect&rsquo;s risk exposure.</li>
<li>Works with Producers as appropriate to grow and expand referral sources.</li>
<li>Incorporates and regularly practices techniques introduced through Sales Training to continuously enhance skills and related performance.</li>
<li>Uses Epic to complete funnel and other internal information tracking reports as required.</li>
<li>Uses the Epic System in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all account information.</li>
<li>Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Create Hotaling Proposals</li>
<li>Assist Producers in presenting proposals when needed</li>
<li>Reviews and interprets carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations.</li>
<li>Complete all task/duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Must have working knowledge of agency management software, insurance rating Software and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Must have a working knowledge of PURE, AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, and Berkley One</li>
<li>Must have excellent presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to work within a team environment</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties</li></ul></div>
