Human Resource FresherPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic team at our 4-star property. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring smooth coordination between all hotel departments while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality culture.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.</li><li>Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and assist in new employee onboarding and documentation.</li><li>Prepare joining kits and coordinate induction programs for new hires.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Maintain employee attendance records (manual &amp; biometric).</li><li>Assist in collecting and verifying attendance data for payroll processing.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement and payroll queries.</li></ul>3. Employee Records &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain and update employee files, ID cards, and HRIS system.</li><li>Handle documentation for new joiners, transfers, confirmations, and separations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training attendance sheets.</li><li>Coordinate employee skill development and cross-departmental training.</li><li>Collect feedback from trainees and prepare monthly training summaries.</li></ul>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Plan and organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, recognition programs).</li><li>Support welfare activities such as health checkups, uniforms, and staff cafeteria operations.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; HR Administration<ul><li>Ensure proper display of statutory notices and HR-related communication boards.</li><li>Assist in implementing HR policies, code of conduct, grooming standards, and discipline procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information and hotel data.</li></ul>7. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate between HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, manpower status).</li><li>Support internal audits and help in HR SOP implementation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in HR / Hospitality Management / Business Administration.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of basic HR procedures and hospitality standards preferred.</li><li>Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Attendance &amp; Payroll Assistance</li><li>Employee Relations</li><li>Training Coordination</li><li>Documentation &amp; Filing</li><li>Communication &amp; Team Coordination</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: Depending on interview and performance.</li><li>Meals on Duty, Uniform, and Staff Accommodation (if applicable).</li><li>Opportunities for growth and learning in a professional hotel environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us?Join Our Team at Hotel Chenthur Park!
