Job Description &ndash; HR SupervisorRole PurposeTo support the HR department in daily operations including recruitment, documentation, employee relations, statutory duties, and coordination with all teams in the hotel.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Joining<ul><li>Assist in hiring for all hotel departments.</li><li>Schedule interviews, collect documents, and complete joining formalities.</li><li>Coordinate with colleges for trainees.</li></ul>2. HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.</li><li>Prepare letters (offer, transfer, confirmation, warning, etc.).</li><li>Handle ID cards, uniforms, lockers, and accommodation records.</li></ul>3. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Support PF, ESI, CLRA, labour licence, and other statutory renewals.</li><li>Keep statutory registers and records updated.</li></ul>4. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Help organize birthdays, events, festivals, R&amp;R programmes, and welfare activities.</li><li>Support communication with employees and resolve basic queries.</li></ul>5. Training Support<ul><li>Coordinate training sessions, attendance, and feedback.</li><li>Maintain monthly training reports.</li></ul>6. Audit &amp; Checklists<ul><li>Conduct grooming, uniform, accommodation, and locker checks.</li><li>Assist in HR audit tasks and ensure proper documentation.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Good communication and people-handling skills</li><li>Basic HR knowledge</li><li>MS Office proficiency</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>MBA in HR / Hospitality</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of HR experience (hotel industry preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Professional in Human Resources&reg; (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
