Your Day to Day 
As our Chef de Partie, you&rsquo;ll lead the charge in creating culinary magic in your section. Your mission? To ensure top-notch quality while crafting an unforgettable dining experience. Located in the heart of Dubai, our vibrant hotel will be your culinary stage as you guide a talented team of demi chefs, commis chefs, and stewards, all working together in sync to deliver excellence.

In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee daily kitchen operations with an unwavering commitment to quality, presentation, and hygiene. Strict adherence to HACCP guidelines will ensure that every aspect of food handling meets the highest safety standards. You&rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to innovate and develop menu items that balance creativity with guest preferences, and you&rsquo;ll mentor junior kitchen staff, nurturing teamwork and skill development.

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with management to streamline kitchen processes, monitoring inventory, and keeping everything running smoothly. Clear communication is key, and you&rsquo;ll be sharing challenges, guest feedback, and valuable insights with the team. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant dining atmosphere and contributing to our hotel&rsquo;s success.

What We Need From You

Your Day to Day:
Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective communication, efficient administration of sales processes, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen focus on people, finance, guest experience, and responsible business practices.<ul><li>
Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving revenue targets and increasing customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow.</li><li>
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
</li><li>Monitor sales activities and revenue trends to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies for maximizing profitability.
</li><li>To handle, administer and oversee the hotel&rsquo;s bookers and incentive program based on the approved SOP.</li><li>
To forward all related inquiries, leads via email or by phone to the segment heads.</li><li>
To facilitate the completion of administrative requests of all segments i.e., collaterals, office supplies, sales kits, corporate gifts, etc.</li><li>
To maintain a good recording and filing system and/or database for the department i.e., contracts, RFI&rsquo;s, credit facility, etc.</li><li>
To constantly check filing/tracing system and give advice for improvement.</li><li>
Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.</li><li>
Performs any additional duties as directed by the General Manager.</li><li>
Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures.</li><li>
Always maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, dress code and demeanor.</li><li>
Polite and professional in any situation, particularly where the image and reputation of the hotel are represented.</li><li>
Attends meetings and training as required.</li><li>
Ensure that all activity is carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local Law.</li></ul>
What we need from you:
<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
</li><li>Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of sales principles, revenue management, and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li></ul>
