Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identifying and hiring key team members and coordinate with hiring managers to streamline and speed up hiring process</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.</li><li>Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs.</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li><li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.</li><li>Nurture a positive working environment and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Organize and conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, such as performance management, team building, and leadership development.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in India and reasonable awareness in EU laws.</li><li>Experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership abilities.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,882.09 - &#8377;44,251.18 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 26/11/2025
