Head of Sales &ndash; HospitalityRole OverviewThe Head of Sales will lead the hotel&rsquo;s sales strategy, driving revenue growth across corporate accounts, MICE, weddings, events, and leisure segments. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong market knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver innovative sales solutions while motivating a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership &amp; Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee the hotel&rsquo;s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance across all segments (corporate, MICE, weddings, events, and leisure), securing new business while maximizing repeat clients.Business Development: Identify new market opportunities in New Delhi, forge partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding consultants to expand reach.Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client retention.Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and ensuring continuous skill development.Marketing &amp; Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to design competitive packages, seasonal campaigns, and represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Reporting &amp; Insights: Monitor sales KPIs, analyze competitor activity and market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Revenue Optimization: Work closely with the revenue and operations teams to align pricing, packages, and sales initiatives for maximum profitability.Key RequirementsProven track record of success in sales leadership roles within hospitality.Strong network in corporate, MICE, and event management sectors.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.Ability to inspire and lead a results-driven sales team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hospitality: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
