This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Support HR administration, including payroll, compliance.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.</li><li>Address employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.</li><li>Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.</li><li>Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.</li><li>Maintain records of employee training and development activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li></ul>Work Location- Panaji- North GoaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR sourcing: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
