Warehouse Operations Manager Location: 9336 McKay Center Dr. Humble, TX 77338Salary: Starting at $75KKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all warehouse operations related to air freight import/export handling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IATA, TSA, and airport authority regulations.</li><li>Manage inventory accuracy, cargo handling, and storage processes.</li><li>Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking partners.</li><li>Maintain and monitor warehouse performance KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, safety).</li><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization.</li><li>Ensure all cargo documentation and security protocols are properly executed.</li><li>Oversee maintenance and utilization of material handling equipment (MHE).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 2 years in air cargo.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of air cargo logistics, export/import processes, and security regulations.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>IATA or TSA certification preferred.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.</li></ul>Why Hotline? The Hotline team is looking to add solid dispatchers to our crew! Entry level Dispatcher - $50K a year - Depending on experienceSenior Dispatcher - $60K a year - Depending on experienceIf your experience is dispatching tow trucks, appliance repairs and any other type of appointment jobs, this is NOT the position for you. We need individuals that have experience with HOT SHOT, ON DEMAND, AIR FREIGHT DISPATCHING, that have dealt with 50 or more drivers at one time.Requirements: <ul><li>Strong dispatch and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to think ahead and solve problems in real time</li><li>Comfortable managing drivers and customer expectations</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable</li><li>Confident communicator who can balance operations and customer needs</li><li>Familiar with the DFW area</li><li>Quick thinking</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience required</li><li>Strong computer skills (dispatch systems, email, Excel)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Able to work under pressure</li></ul>Why join our team?
