We&rsquo;re looking for a high-energy, people-focused professional to lead this exciting division.

This role is ideal for a:
<ul><li>Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
</li><li>Athletic Trainer
</li><li>Personal Trainer
</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll lead day-to-day operations while guiding patients through recovery, performance, and next-level care.
</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
<ul><li>Lead and manage Prosperity Lab operations
</li><li>Guide patients through recovery and wellness services
</li><li>Educate and recommend next steps beyond PT
</li><li>Conduct follow-ups and consultations
</li><li>Support strength &amp; conditioning programs
</li><li>Collaborate with clinical team to enhance patient care
</li><li>Keep patients engaged and consistent
</li></ul>Bonus: Provide advanced recovery sessions if licensed in massage therapy

Required (one):
<ul><li>Licensed PTA
</li><li>Certified Athletic Trainer
</li><li>Certified Personal Trainer
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Ortho, fitness, or performance experience
</li><li>Client-facing or sales experience
</li><li>Massage therapy license (plus)
</li></ul></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Compensation &amp; Schedule</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
