 We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented&nbsp;Office Administrator / Scheduler + Digital Marketing Support&nbsp;to join our pet-loving team! We are a&nbsp;successful and reputable pet sitting company&nbsp;and we&rsquo;re looking for a&nbsp;college student&nbsp;who shares our values: professionalism, integrity, compassion, and attention to detail.
 
 
 
 
 
 Hours &amp; Pay

 Hours:
 
 &nbsp;Monday - Friday from 4 pm until 8 pm
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Pay:&nbsp;
 
 $18-20/hour
 </li>
 <li>
 May need occasional extra coverage during vacations/short notice
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 
 </li>
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Onboard new clients + manage communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule pet sitting and dog walking visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily office operations
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Pre-interview pet sitter applicants by phone
 
 &nbsp;and document notes
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit short videos + post to social media (Instagram/Facebook)
 </li>
 <li>
 Create simple graphics + help with social media posts and basic website/blog updates
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 
 </li>
 
 Our Ideal Candidate

 College student preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, organized, and confident on the phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills + tech-savvy
 </li>
 <li>
 Loves small dogs (we have several in our home office!)
 </li>
