 Planner
 
 to join our team in
 
 AlUla.
 
 The ideal candidate will have a strong
 
 background in project planning, scheduling, and progress control for complex
 
 , multidisciplinary construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report schedule performance, risks, and delays, recommending corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with client milestones, regulatory timelines, and contractual requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze schedule impacts from variations or design changes and support recovery planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare schedule progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement and approval processes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with MS Project is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Saudi procurement and approval processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
 </li>

 We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil design and experience working in a design office environment. This role requires exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and design civil engineering projects from concept through completion.

 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

 <li>
 Prepare and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

 <li>
 Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10 years of experience in civil design, with a focus on working in a design office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and design software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be proficient with grading and wet utilities design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to design with Civil 3d, Watergems and Sewergems softwares
 </li>
