 We are currently seeking a
 
 Senior Civil Engineer
 
 to join our team for a prestigious heritage development project in
 
 AlUla
 
 . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record working on heritage, cultural, or conservation-focused projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and coordinate civil works related to heritage site development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate design documentation to ensure compliance with heritage conservation standards and client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical input on materials, construction methods, and restoration techniques suitable for sensitive heritage environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with heritage consultants, and other disciplines to ensure successful integration of modern engineering with traditional techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and heritage guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the preparation of reports, technical submittals, and documentation required for approvals and regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key technical advisor for construction teams and provide solutions for site-specific challenges,especially in historically significant or sensitive areas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 12&ndash;15 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience working on
 
 heritage, conservation, or cultural site projects
 
 is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of traditional building techniques, local materials, and conservation best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
 </li>
