We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely financial reporting. The role involves handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and assisting in audits.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes</li><li>Perform bank and cash reconciliations</li><li>Record and verify expenses and payments</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, VAT, etc. &ndash; as applicable)</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits</li><li>Maintain accurate financial documentation and records</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce</li><li>Proven experience in accounting or finance roles</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles and standards</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)</li><li>Strong Excel and MS Office skills</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work independently</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
