About the RoleThe Field Sales Executive will drive lead generation, doctor onboarding, and cabin occupancy at House of Cure by conducting field visits, building networks, and converting prospects into long-term clients.&#11835;Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Visit clinics, hospitals, gyms, wellness centres, physiotherapy studios, and medical hubs.</li><li>Identify doctors, specialists, therapists, and wellness professionals who need consulting spaces.</li><li>Maintain a structured database of prospects.</li></ul>2. Sales Meetings &amp; Centre Visits<ul><li>Reach out to doctors and schedule meetings.</li><li>Explain House of Cure&rsquo;s offerings, pricing, and benefits.</li><li>Conduct in-person tours of the centre for interested prospects.</li></ul>3. Follow-Up &amp; Conversions<ul><li>Maintain daily follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and field visits.</li><li>Provide customised cabin plans to doctors based on their practice requirements.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly occupancy targets.</li></ul>4. Market Intelligence<ul><li>Track competitor clinics and co-working spaces.</li><li>Identify upcoming practices and growing medical categories in Khar, Bandra, Santacruz, Juhu.</li><li>Suggest new lead pockets and outreach strategies.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Update CRM/Google Sheets daily.</li><li>Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance summaries.</li><li>Coordinate with the admin team for doctor onboarding.</li></ul>&#11835;Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills</li><li>Confident field presence and strong networking ability</li><li>Basic knowledge of Google Sheets &amp; WhatsApp communication</li><li>Professional appearance and conduct</li><li>Ability to move around the city independently</li></ul>&#11835;Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate (any stream)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of field sales experience (medical, co-working, or real estate preferred)</li><li>Two-wheeler preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
