 Your Role &amp; Impact
 
 
 
 As a
 
 UI/UX Developer
 
 , you will bridge the gap between design and development. You&rsquo;ll own the
 
 end-to-end product interface journey
 
 &mdash; from user research and prototyping to ensuring seamless, pixel-perfect implementation with engineering teams.

 UI/UX Design:
 
 Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for
 
 apps and web platforms
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Figma Expertise:
 
 Use
 
 Figma
 
 for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Vector Creation:
 
 Design
 
 icons, illustrations, and scalable vector graphics
 
 that enhance the product experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Front-End Collaboration:
 
 Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 UX Research:
 
 Conduct
 
 user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies
 
 to refine designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Accessibility &amp; Consistency:
 
 Build user-centric designs aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Continuous Improvement:
 
 Innovate with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns to elevate user engagement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 
 Any Graduate
 
 (Design/Tech certifications are a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 Minimum
 
 2+ years
 
 in
 
 UI/UX design for apps and product interfaces
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must-Have Skills:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of
 
 Figma
 
 for UI/UX workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 vector creation tools
 
 (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bonus Skills (Preferred):
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
 
 to support implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 motion design / micro-interactions
 
 (After Effects, Lottie).
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 EdTech platforms or B2C apps
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Portfolio:
 
 Demonstrated work in
 
 product/app design
 
 showcasing user-centered problem solving.
