This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life, blending strategy with execution, and driving brand growth across digital, social, and offline platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan and manage 360&deg; marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.</li><li>Execute social media campaigns (content, scheduling, ads, performance tracking).</li><li>Align all campaigns with brand goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.</li></ul>Content &amp; Creative Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with designers to create engaging ads, banners, signages, brochures, and packaging visuals.</li><li>Provide creative briefs, review revisions, and ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Coordinate with UGC creators, influencers, and photographers for campaign materials.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Build and manage content calendars across all channels.</li><li>Write engaging captions, oversee visuals, and ensure a consistent brand voice.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage customer interaction.</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Paid Media<ul><li>Oversee digital ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.</li><li>Work with specialists to optimize targeting, budgets, and creatives.</li><li>Track ROI and recommend scaling strategies.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, sales uplift).</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.</li><li>Suggest improvements based on data insights.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.</li><li>Conduct market research for product launches and campaigns.</li><li>Propose innovative marketing ideas to strengthen brand awareness.</li></ul>Events &amp; Collaborations<ul><li>Support brand activations, trade shows, and workshops.</li><li>Manage influencer campaigns and PR activities.</li><li>Prepare press kits and coordinate media outreach.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Team Support<ul><li>Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign timelines.</li><li>Coordinate smoothly across marketing, sales, and design teams.</li><li>Maintain a database of creatives and marketing assets.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years&rsquo; experience in marketing (luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media, paid ads, and marketing analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud (basic level), Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
