Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain vendor relationships.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.</li></ul>2. Material Planning &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory reviews, cycle counts, and reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinate with production, sales, and finance for accurate forecasts.</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for efficient movement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements</li></ul>4. Warehousing Management<ul><li>Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.</li><li>Implement best practices for space utilization, safety, and housekeeping (5S).</li><li>Drive automation and digitalization for improved warehouse efficiency</li></ul>5. Cost Optimization &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Identify opportunities to reduce cost across procurement, logistics, and inventory.</li><li>Implement lean practices to minimize waste and improve productivity.</li><li>Lead supply chain improvement initiatives and implement SOPs.</li></ul>6. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain supply chain dashboards and KPIs (OTIF, lead time, inventory turns, etc.).</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.</li><li>Present monthly supply chain reviews to management.</li></ul>7. Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with production, QA, sales, finance, and operations teams.</li><li>Ensure seamless flow of materials and information across departments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.</li><li>MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain (preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;12 years of experience in supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and warehouse processes.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics).</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong negotiation &amp; vendor management skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; stakeholder management</li><li>Leadership and team-handling capability</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cost-saving techniques</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;200,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Kannada (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
