If you enjoy talking to people and helping them find the perfect photography package, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing &amp; Sales Executives to join our in-house team at House of Lavender Photography, Hyderabad. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.As part of our growing sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients&mdash;handling inquiries, explaining our premium photography services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving business growth by building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.This is a full-time, office-based role offering a dynamic, creative, and supportive work environment with opportunities for performance-based incentives and long-term career growth.Key Responsibilities: Telemarketing:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain services, and generate interest in our photography packages.</li><li>Handle inbound inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and website leads.</li><li>Maintain a high call volume daily while maintaining quality and empathy in communication.</li><li>Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into confirmed bookings.</li><li>Share information about ongoing promotions or special packages.</li></ul>Sales:<ul><li>Understand client needs and recommend suitable photography packages (weddings, maternity, pre-wedding, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate lead and client data in Google Sheets or CRM.</li><li>Coordinate with the photography and operations team to ensure smooth client handover after booking.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.</li><li>Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.</li><li>Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email handling).</li><li>Ability to learn about services quickly and handle objections professionally.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma (any field).</li><li>Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or photography services is a plus.</li><li>Freshers with good spoken skills are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Friendly and creative work environment.</li><li>Training and support provided.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the photography and creative industry.</li></ul>Work Timings:Monday - Saturday10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PMLocation:House of Lavender Photography Studio &ndash; Hyderabad (in-office role only)How to Apply:Send your updated CV+91 - 7331116950Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
