&lt;Job Summary&gt; Who we Are:We are a fast growing IT Consulting firm that implements Netsuite solutions to medium and large sized companies looking for a part time pay administrator to join our team of professionals.The Job :We are looking for an experienced, responsive individual to join our team and carry out the following tasks:Calculating wages and salaries: Determining pay based on hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and other factors.     Managing deductions: Handling taxes, insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other deductions.     Processing payroll: Generating paychecks or direct deposits, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.     Maintaining payroll records: Keeping meticulous records of all payroll transactions, employee information, and related documents.     Ensuring compliance: Adhering to all relevant federal, provincial , and local payroll and labour laws and regulations.     Responding to payroll inquiries: Addressing employee questions and concerns related to their pay, deductions, and benefits.     Preparing payroll reports: Generating reports for management, accounting, and other stakeholders.Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hrs per month)Application question(s):<ul><li>3 or more years experience administering payroll using ADP workforce software</li><li>Completion of formal education in payroll administration from a recognized college program</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteJob Type: Part-timePay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 5 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>3 or more years experience as a payroll officer </li><li>3 or more years experience using ADP Workforce software including its reporting and data exporting features </li><li>Experience working reporting to and working with senior company officials</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
