<ul><li>He/She will physically visit the properties assigned to complete property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out</li><li>Physically visit to monitor the maintenance work performed by vendors. Ensure quality delivery</li><li>Prepare inspection reports of the property using Housewise App.</li><li>Ensure that the tenants of high quality are found within timelines and that the property does not remain vacant.</li><li>He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.</li><li>Be able to work with different but ever changing priorities as per instructions from managers.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Desired:<ul><li>&#61656; Desirable but not mandatory 2 - 10 years of experience working in an operations role.</li><li>&#61656; Experience in managing operations in logistics/fulfillment/service delivery/supply chain/banking/financial/e-commerce/telecom/manufacturing domain will be preferred.</li><li>&#61656; Candidate should be good in communication skills.</li><li>&#61656; Candidate must be comfortable with travelling within the city and should own a two-wheeler.</li><li>&#61656; Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>&#61656; Candidate should be available for full-time. No part-timers will be considered.</li><li>&#61656; Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership.</li><li>&#61656; Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.</li><li>&#61656; High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset.
