 PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 
 
 
 Houston Dynamo FC is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join the Club's analytics function, supporting data-driven decision-making across recruitment and team performance. This role sits at the intersection of talent identification and first team evaluation, working in close collaboration with the Head of Analysis to deliver clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience with soccer-specific data and a strong analytical foundation.
 
 
 
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Quickly answer ad-hoc questions from technical staff, recruitment, and leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver analytical support to the recruitment process, using data to surface and prioritize potential targets aligned with Club needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain automated reports, including scouting, opposition, and post-match reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a library of data visualizations based on metrics and KPIs established by the technical and recruitment staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Iterate on existing reports and visualizations based on feedback from technical and recruitment staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technical staff on developing KPIs to measure game model effectiveness and prepare for upcoming opponents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate outputs of complex models to non-technical audiences using accessible, sport-specific language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the analytics team on longer-term projects, ensuring alignment with team and organizational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>

 Qualification Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or post-secondary qualification in Performance Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong tactical knowledge and understanding of soccer
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data visualization background
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data science programming languages such as Python or R
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to query SQL-style databases
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting data concepts to non-technical audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a professional or collegiate sporting environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality work
 </li>

 Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed

 Represent Houston Dynamo FC professionally in all internal and external environments

 PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 
 
 
 The part-time Parking and Security Assistant supports the Security Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all security operations for game days and special events. This role is heavily focused on pre-game preparation, real time event monitoring, and post event clear operations. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in managing security personnel in a fast-paced live event environment.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Pregame and Event Preparation (Day Before Game)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with pregame security planning staffing assignments and operational briefings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review event schedules, security posts, VIP movements, and parking plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all security staff are properly scheduled, informed, and equipped
 </li>
 <li>
 Game Day Operations
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and supervise security officers throughout the event
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee VIP escort operations, ensuring safety, professionalism and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor back of the house and restricted areas for compliance and security risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and monitor game day parking operations, including VIP and restricted access areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a point of contact for Security issues, escalations and real time problem solving
 </li>
 </ul>

 Post Game Operations
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with coordinated post events, clear outs of staff and guest in restricted areas
 </li>

 Ensure secure shutdown of Back of House spaces and controlled zones
 </li>

 Report incidents, concerns, and operational feedback to Security Manager
