We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetician / Laser Technician Injector to join our primary care and medical spa team. Our practice operates under one umbrella with two clinics; HIWC - Primary care and wellness clinic and HWA - Medical Spa and this role will support services across both clinics.The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and confident in performing advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser services and injectables, while also supporting marketing efforts to grow the practice.HIWC: www.houstoninjurywellness.comHWA: www.houstonwellnessaesthetics.comKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with provider protocols and safety standards</li><li>Operate Candela laser systems for hair removal treatments</li><li>Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox) and dermal fillers</li><li>Conduct client consultations, assess needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans</li><li>Participate in field/community marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients</li><li>Assist with product education and retail sales as needed</li><li>Provide support across both HIWC and HWA clinic locations as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Aesthetician (required)</li><li>Certified or trained Laser Technician</li><li>Proven experience with Candela laser hair removal</li><li>Experience with injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) required</li><li>Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics setting preferred</li><li>Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives<ul><li>$30 &ndash; $40 per hour</li><li>Commission bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have as a Laser Tech?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
