About the Role
The Residential Gallery Sales Coordinator will work with the VP, Sales Operations to serve as the Concierge ambassador of Ward Village and the IBM building through registration, greeting, welcoming, and directing all arriving guests. 
What You Will Do<ul><li>
Provide guidance for guests and and assistance for deliveries, and/or groups. Follow the sequence of service checklist.</li><li>
Conduct product quality check of models and sales galleries; report all discrepancies or items for repair to respective persons; keep everything running smoothly.</li><li>
Manage the day-to-day distribution of leads and walk-in guests to a Sales Executive as per established Policy &amp; Procedure.</li><li>
Provide, coordinate and assist with the welcome reception and/or beverage service for guests.</li><li>
Manage and check daily appointments to make sure there are no conflicts.</li><li>
Monitor all lead generating reports for accuracy.</li><li>
Coordinate and communicate all upcoming guest appointments with necessary parties.</li><li>
Be aware of all the appointments, meetings, and construction in IBM or off-site residences for sale. Notify the team of any ongoing issues and work in each area.</li><li>
Conduct product quality check of models and sales galleries; report all discrepancies or items for repair to respective persons; keep everything running smoothly.</li><li>
Communicate with Valet, cleaning, security, and maintenance team accordingly for any special requests or situations.</li><li>
Coordinate special requests, reservations, and activities for Sales Executive&rsquo;s prospects.</li><li>
Assist with preparation of sales collateral and take-away gifts for guests.</li><li>
Prepare and coordinate the delivery of the sales collateral. - condo docs and gifts.</li><li>
Manage the reservations, use, and maintenance schedule of equipment including GEM vehicles.</li><li>
Manage the hard hat tour equipment and use.</li><li>
Continuously identify potential areas for customer enhancements and improvements, aligned with the WV Sales &amp; Marketing goals and objectives.</li><li>
Communicate with Ward Village Operations Staff regarding any special guests on property.</li><li>
Enhance security by being vigilant of activity on and around the property; report any suspicious activity to WV security.</li><li>
Provide support to EVP, National Condominium Sales &amp; Strategy and VP Sales Operations by performing special assignments or tasks as needed (including but not limited to, filing, storage room organization, and restocking).</li><li>
Restock Sales Galleries each day with any necessary sales collateral and any other necessary sales support items.</li><li>
Restock floorplans in every unsold residence as needed.</li><li>
Must be available to work varied shifts any day of the week including weekends, evenings and holidays.</li><li>
Answer phones with WV tone of voice protocol; distribute phone in leads accordingly.</li><li>
Maintain phone messages for all active towers by daily review and testing.</li><li>
Open Galleries as indicated by the opening procedures checklist.</li><li>
Open and close off-site Model residences daily.</li><li>
Conduct a walk-through of sales galleries and Models to ensure all are in top condition; arrange for repairs and cleaning.</li><li>
Contact sales team members to announce a guest&rsquo;s arrival for scheduled tours/appointments/walk-ins.</li><li>
Ensure guests complete Registration with appropriate contact information and introduce the guest to Sales Executive.</li><li>
Ensure all registered are in Salesforce; provide a copy of the information to the assigned Sales Executive.</li><li>
Update accurate information in SF and other spreadsheets. Send daily reports to supervisors.</li><li>
Check shared email boxes daily for communication, new leads, and follow web lead procedure.</li><li>
Manage and update Lead Rotation daily based on Sales Executive&rsquo;s schedule</li><li>
Maintain an accurate Daily Lead, Walk-In Report and any other reports requested by the EVP, National Condominium Sales &amp; Strategy and VP Sales Operations; ensure appropriate distribution is received by end of the business day.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain sufficient stock of concierge office supplies, including printing materials.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain sufficient stock for the welcome reception and beverage service.</li><li>
Maintain the WV concierge binder and all other pertinent listings.</li><li>
Ensure there is always a stock of broker packages available in the concierge drawer.</li><li>
Responsible for organization and cleanliness of closets, binders, storage, and kitchen.</li><li>
Make photocopies, scanning and put binders together for team members as required.</li><li>
Coordinate/arrange shipments on behalf of the sales department.</li><li>
Maintain a neat and organized work area.</li><li>
Provide support to EVP, Sales &amp; Strategy and VP, Sales Operations by performing special assignments or tasks as needed (including filing, copy room organization and restock).</li><li>
Act as a liaison between Residential Sales and other departments.</li><li>
Travel and work in regional offices as needed.</li></ul>
About You<ul><li>
A minimum of 3 + years of customer service experience or related field.</li><li>
The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage projects and people Real Estate knowledge is a plus.</li><li>
This position requires multi-tasking, extensive organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate all aspects related to the strategic sales plan.</li><li>
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including Excel and Word.</li><li>
Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.</li><li>
The position requires excessive standing, frequent walking, and repetitive motions.</li><li>
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.</li><li>
Ability to safely lift to 30 lbs without injury.</li><li>
Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.</li><li>
Bi-lingual skills preferred (Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin).</li><li>
Willing to learn new things with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Ability to find solutions by oneself and can communicate and report appropriately in a timely manner.</li><li>
Ability to follow detailed procedures for each task while imagining the big picture.</li><li>
Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the U.S.</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.</li></ul>

About the Role
The IT Security Engineer, reporting to the IT Security Lead, is responsible for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Howard Hughes Holdings&rsquo; (HHH) IT infrastructure across both on premises and cloud environments.
This role supports the design, implementation, and operation of security controls and processes that enable secure business operations. The IT Security Engineer partners closely with the IT Security Lead, Infrastructure, Application, and GRC teams to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats across the enterprise. 
What You Will Do
Security Monitoring &amp; Incident Response<ul><li>
Monitor networks, endpoints, and systems for security breaches using HHH&rsquo;s EDR solution and SIEM to detect intrusions and anomalous behavior.</li><li>
Triage and investigate alerts, escalating and collaborating with the IT Security Lead as appropriate.</li><li>
Lead hands‑on technical response for security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery activities, in coordination with the IT Security Lead and MDR partner.</li><li>
Conduct or support technical and forensic investigations to determine root cause and scope of incidents.</li><li>
Document and maintain incident response procedures, playbooks, and post‑incident lessons learned.</li><li>
Continuously improve the Incident Response Plan and procedures to align with emerging threats and business needs.</li></ul>
Security Assessments &amp; Vulnerability Management<ul><li>
Perform network and system security assessments and audits to identify control gaps and weaknesses.</li><li>
Organize and conduct vulnerability scans and testing (in coordination with relevant teams) to identify vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.</li><li>
Conduct or coordinate penetration testing and simulate attacks to identify exploitable weaknesses.</li><li>
Analyze and report results of scanning and testing, including risk ratings and remediation recommendations.</li><li>
Partner with system owners to track, prioritize, and drive remediation of identified vulnerabilities within agreed SLAs.</li></ul>
Security Architecture &amp; Strategy Support<ul><li>
Support the IT Security Lead and senior security leadership in analyzing, designing, and maintaining security roadmaps and implementation plans.</li><li>
Identify, define, and document system security requirements for new and existing solutions.</li><li>
Recommend security solutions, patterns, and standards to management and project teams.</li><li>
Implement, maintain, and monitor NIST‑aligned security controls to protect infrastructure and systems.</li><li>
Create, modify, and maintain security and risk‑focused business intelligence dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.</li></ul>
Security Tools &amp; Infrastructure Support<ul><li>
Implement and manage security tools (including open‑source and third‑party solutions) that assist in detection, prevention, and analysis of security threats.</li><li>
Review and help tune configurations for firewalls, data encryption, EDR, email security, and other security products to ensure alignment with standards and policies.</li><li>
Review and evaluate email and other forms of communication for potential phishing, data loss, or other security risks.</li><li>
Support and maintain security relevant hardware, software, and connectivity components within the network security framework.</li><li>
Design and plan major security‑related upgrades and changes to ensure reliability, availability, and secure operations.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Knowledge Sharing<ul><li>
Collaborate with IT engineers, systems administrators, application, and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to design secure technical solutions and processes.</li><li>
Provide guidance to the application development team on secure coding standards and secure SDLC practices.</li><li>
Conduct or support user awareness training on information security standards, policies, and best practices.</li><li>
Share threat intelligence, incident trends, and control improvements with relevant stakeholders to increase overall security awareness.</li></ul>
About You<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or 3&ndash;5 years of hands‑on experience in a dedicated IT Security or Cybersecurity role.</li><li>
Experience working with EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management tools, and common enterprise security technologies.</li><li>
Hands-on experience securing and monitoring enterprise cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure and AWS.</li><li>
Strong preference for industry‑recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, ECIH, CySA+, Security+, SecurityX, CISM, or GCIH.</li><li>
Proven track record in driving security remediations and lifecycle vulnerability management.</li><li>
Experience conducting comprehensive third-party security reviews, evaluating SOC reports, and assessing data privacy risks.</li><li>
In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.</li><li>
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, SOX, privacy regulations) relevant to enterprise security.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to a high‑performing cybersecurity team.</li><li>
Ability to create, modify, and maintain business and security reporting dashboards.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms.</li><li>
Experience evaluating and mitigating security risks associated with AI.</li><li>
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills; able to exercise sound judgment without all information available.</li><li>
Collaborative, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new tools to work more efficiently.</li><li>
Ability to travel as business needs require.</li><li>
