 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide all administrative support to Sales Consultants
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Sales Consultants on all Case Management matters; from quotation stage to inception of policy and post inception thereafter
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with bankers, trustees, insurance carriers and clients to ensure a smooth Case Management process
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with arrangement of all medical exams / re-tests / additional tests
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend medical examination with clients and collection of clients&rsquo; data (when necessary)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure information and application documentation are complete, accurate and in order
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to all Compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain good record keeping of each application
 </li>
 <li>
 Update progress on pending case report and inforce list
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate and timely reports to Bank Partners &amp; Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist on clients&rsquo; travel and medical reimbursements
 </li>
 <li>
 Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
 </li>

 Job Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge in life insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organisational and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player and strong interpersonal skills
 </li>

 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange and conduct the Customer Policy Annual Review, following up requests from customers and internal departments to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables;
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of the requests / queries; that includes handholding of cases / coordinating / making decisions where necessary;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationship with all key stakeholders (the respective Consultants as well as bankers and clients) and proactively plan and organize activities to strengthen relationship with bankers;
 </li>
 <li>
 Continue to cultivate existing business relationships with clients or other outside entities;
 </li>
 <li>
 Create methods to obtain new clients and take initiative to bring potential clients into the fold;
 </li>
 <li>
 Deal with general and technical queries through telephone calls and emails received;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure information provided is update, accurate and aligns with the proposition and services available (both proactively and reactively);
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate effective teamwork in own team and across the business;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide contingency supports to Policy Administration Team where necessary, including but not limit to the preparation of policy review materials
 </li>

 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications;
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in policy servicing, private banking or HNW space, especially wealth planning and insurance will be a plus;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable &amp; taking ownership;
 </li>
 <li>
 Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
 </li>
