Sign On Bonus: $4000.

 $2000. after 90 days of employment

Job Location: Gorham, Maine

Shift Differential: 10%

Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform intricate, first-article machine configurations and modify CNC code directly on the floor for ODAT jobs.</li>
<li>Interpret advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T) maps to secure exact part conformance.</li>
<li>Provide technical setup support and mentoring to junior operators inside the ODAT division.</li>
<li>Partner with ODAT division engineers to improve machining paths and reduce material scrap rates.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Journeyman status or equivalent technical engineering degree.</li>
<li>Preferred but not required: 7+ years of advanced CNC precision machining experience.</li>
<li>Expert mastery of GD&amp;T rules and advanced multi-axis machining applications.</li></ul> 


Key Competencies:
<ul>
<li>Autonomy, advanced troubleshooting, peer mentorship, and precision compliance.</li></ul> 


Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Standing for up to 10 hours; lifting work-holding setups and heavy metal stock up to 50 lbs.</li></ul></div>
