<ul><li>Coordinating with the Legal team in Preparation of the Construction and Sale<br>
Agreement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Sending demand letters to the bank as well as the customers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintaining the relationship with the existing customers and generating the lead<br>
for the same.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers as well as with the bank<br>
executives.<br>

Qualification : Any graduate<br>
Experience: 0&ndash;1 Year in construction company/builders/Fresher is also considered<br>
<b>Salary:</b> 18-20K per month<br>
<b>Language:</b> Good English speaking and writing<br>
<b>Preference:</b> Presentable Female candidates from Bangalore, Karnataka</p>
