Job Summary:</b><br>
The Procurement Analyst is an integral member of the Procurement Systems and Reporting team. This Corporate Procurement position will maintain and execute critical tasks while working cross functionally with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to support department efficiencies and compliance. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive, professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.</p>
<div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist the strategic sourcing organization to align sourcing priorities, source selection, conduct market research and mitigate issues</li><li>Assist with the preparation, issuance and management of RFX documents</li><li>Support the evaluation of supplier responses to RFx documents</li><li>Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing in the management of Terms and Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreements</li><li>Provide Supplier Relationship Management support and lead supplier setups</li><li>Perform ongoing tasks including supplier scorecards, cost savings tracking and reporting</li><li>Perform analytical support for Corporate Procurement and Procurement Systems Team projects</li><li>Identify continuous improvement recommendations to streamline Corporate Procurement processes</li><li>Identify and conduct systems training sessions for the Corporate Procurement Team</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Corporate Procurement systems such as Ariba, Tracegains, BPCS and SAP</li><li>Ability to present to Corporate Procurement and other cross functional teams as necessary</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div>
<div><b>
Education and Experience:</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years of relevant work experience</li><li>Previous experience working in a regulated industry a plus</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Reporting Systems, prior SAP experience a plus</li><li>Ability to analyze reports and large data sets (Excel, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.)</li><li>Previous experience using RFx tools a plus</li></ul></div>
