What You'll Do:
You will research, develop, lead, and deliver HR best practices, projects, and day-to-day support and consulting to maximize outcomes for our clients.
Your Accountabilities in The Role:
<ul><li>You will research, develop, lead, and deliver on Best Practice HR solutions in the form of HR processes, project work, and other day-to-day HR service/support for our clients, focused on clear business goals and outcomes.
</li><li>You will work to maintain and grow customer accounts through pipelining new projects that will enhance the customer's people practices, while also being a dependable, reliable HR resource.
</li><li>You will plan, manage, and complete strategic and specialized project work in a high-quality A+ way, targeting the guideposts and objectives of the customers while ensuring that due dates are met.
</li><li>You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the internal team on more complex or risk-related HR obstacles/projects to ensure best practice solutions are being utilized.
</li><li>You will consistently review, collaborate, and update customer material, templates and other products to ensure they are &quot;best practice&quot; and legally compliant on-going for our internal team and customers.
</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Management or other relevant field; or the equivalent in course work and/or direct HR management/project work experience</li><li>
Certifications: HR Certification - PHR or SHRM-CP preferred (or willing to become certified)
</li><li>Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR management experience in a generalist setting, with 3+ years of leading others and researching and executing on best practices independently on HR projects of all kinds.
</li><li>Functional Skills: Excellent at researching, developing, prioritizing, planning, and executing well thought out HR projects, policies, and programs. Excellent with analyzing data and collaborating with others. Good at setting up/following best practice processes. Strong skill set in consulting on tough HR/People matters and providing logical and compliant options that considers what is best for the business and team members. Excellent multi project management skills and attention to detail - meeting due dates and business goals.
</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient PC skills, comfortable with online applications/technology, and advanced experience with Microsoft Office and ATS system type applications and databases</li><li>
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid presentation, coaching, and counseling skills; able to stay professional and calm in tense situations.
</li><li>Leadership/Behaviors: Self-directed, has a drive to achieve results, can manage both short-and long-term projects; able to lead, mentor, and influence while also working independently to create results; strong customer-focused, with the ability to stay focused to manage time. Can recognize HR obstacles on their own and offer compliant options to internal team or clients. Will possess a collaborative/positive personality to work with the team to deliver best practices, flexible with customers and work, reliable in being there for our team and customers, accountable for projects/work, friendly and empathetic for great customer-service.

Other Important Information:
Position StatusSalary: Excellent salary plus bonus and perks! Salary is commensurate with proven expertise and positive/professional behavior skills that fit the position.

Reports To: CEO
Core Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday primarily; working in remote home office, company office, or clients (based on projects)
Core Business Hours: 8:00 - 6:00 pm; working 43-47 hours on average per week within that time frame
Travel: Approximately 2-3 days traveling to customers or to the office on average (some weeks lower and some weeks higher), within the region (a 1-hour radius).</div>
