Position Summary

The Remodeling Project Lead manages residential remodeling projects from contract signing through final walk-through and warranty closeout. This hands-on role oversees scheduling, trade partners, material coordination, quality control, and homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

The Remodeling Project Lead will:
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day project execution, jobsite safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.</li>
<li>Maintain and track the project schedule, ensuring proactive planning and communication.</li>
<li>Complete daily site walks to ensure readiness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.</li>
<li>Review plans, specifications, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure accurate project execution.</li>
<li>Send weekly client progress updates and lead the project orientation at turnover.</li>
<li>Create and manage punch lists to achieve a &ldquo;zero punch list&rdquo; completion goal.</li>
<li>Oversee warranty service and close out all required inspections and documentation.</li>

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom home projects from contract to completion. The Project Manager ensures every build is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and central to our homeowner experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
<ul>
<li>Lead all project planning, scheduling, coordination of trade partners, inspections, and materials.</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation, specifications, selections, and updates.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, code compliance, and scope accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage punch list and warranty close-out to achieve a &ldquo;zero punch list&rdquo; at closing.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement by documenting and refining processes.</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and safety practices.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and ability to lead by example.</li>
