This role is perfect for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a consulting environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a real impact on organizations and their people.
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
As a Senior HR Advisor, you&rsquo;ll serve as the lead partner for our clients, helping them design and implement HR strategies that align with their business goals. You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>
Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.</li><li>
Assess HR programs and recommend improvements that align with best practices and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Provide day-to-day advice on employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional HR Elements services such as Organizational Development, HCM, or recruiting.</li><li>
Drive positive organizational change and culture management initiatives.</li><li>
Stay current on HR trends and regulations, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to our clients.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>
10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple industries.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or a related field.</li><li>
Senior-level certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) required.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Strengths<ul><li>
Deep expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and best practices.</li><li>
Strong business acumen&mdash;you understand how HR decisions impact the bottom line.</li><li>
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex HR concepts.</li><li>
Skilled at building rapport and trusted relationships quickly.</li><li>
A mentor and leader who lifts others up.</li><li>
