This comprehensive practice offers a wide range of services for diagnosing and treating adult urologic conditions across both clinic and hospital settings.Practice Schedule &amp; Call<ul><li>Work Week: Primarily a 4-day work week.</li><li>Clinic/OR Split: Scheduled time is allocated for both the Operating Room (OR) and clinic settings to ensure a good work-life balance.</li><li>Call Rotation: Shared weekend call rotation.</li></ul>Key ProceduresThe successful candidate will perform and manage a full spectrum of advanced urological procedures, including:<ul><li>Minimally invasive surgeries (such as robotic prostatectomy and partial nephrectomy).</li><li>ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy), urological reconstruction, and vasectomy reversals.</li><li>Diagnostic and treatment services like cystoscopies, testosterone pellet insertion, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and complex urodynamics.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Licensure: Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license (MD/DO).</li><li>Certification: DEA certification.</li><li>Board Status: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.</li><li>Board-Certified required for candidates &gt;5 years post-residency.</li><li>Board-Eligible considered if within 1&ndash;5 years post-residency.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Signing Bonus.</li><li>Salary: Highly competitive base salary with a strong productivity bonus structure.</li><li>Retirement: Employer-funded Retirement Plan.</li><li>Other: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus allowance for licensure fees and CME.</li></ul>Pay: $330,000.00 - $345,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
