Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the wholesale garment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive B2B sales, strengthen the company&rsquo;s brand presence, and expand our customer base across domestic and international wholesale markets.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy &amp; PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.Identify key market segments and tailor campaigns to different B2B customer groups.Plan seasonal marketing activities aligned with sales targets and product launches.2. Customer Acquisition &amp; Lead GenerationIdentify and reach out to new wholesale clients through trade directories, online platforms, and market visits.Generate leads through online/offline campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.3. Digital &amp; Offline MarketingManage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and website updates.Oversee creation of promotional materials such as lookbooks, catalogs, banners, and packaging.Coordinate advertising efforts in trade magazines, industry platforms, and regional markets.4. Market Research &amp; Competitor AnalysisAnalyze industry trends, pricing, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing plans accordingly.5. Brand Development &amp; PositioningEnsure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Work with design and production teams to highlight product strengths and USPs in marketing materials.6. Sales Support &amp; CoordinationCollaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Support wholesale sales campaigns with marketing collateral and buyer presentations.7. Events &amp; Trade ShowsPlan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and garment expos.Handle pre-event marketing, booth setup, and post-event follow-ups.8. Performance Tracking &amp; ReportingMonitor marketing KPIs such as inquiries, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management.Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5&ndash;8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in garments, textiles, or wholesale B2B sectors.Strong understanding of garment industry trends, wholesale buying behavior, and B2B marketing.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of color, pattern, and fabric, with hands-on experience in creating and managing tech packs for production.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop innovative digital textile and fashion designs aligned with seasonal trends.</li><li>Create detailed tech packs including measurements, fabric details, colorways, and trims.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate sampling and final product quality.</li><li>Prepare digital artwork, repeats, and print placements for various fabric types.</li><li>Maintain design archives and ensure all documentation is up to date.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material and sample approvals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of textile printing techniques and fabric behavior.</li><li>Experience in preparing and managing tech packs.</li><li>Attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in apparel or textile manufacturing industry.</li><li>Knowledge of trend forecasting and fashion market dynamics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

We are looking for a qualified Senior Merchandiser to organize development through to production according to the clients&rsquo; quality standards.Experience in Knit Garments is a MUSTAn excellent merchandiser is organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
