About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in tech pack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in textile prints, garment graphics, and translating design concepts into accurate production-ready technical documentation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create innovative textile and garment graphic designs aligned with brand aesthetics.</li><li>Develop comprehensive tech packs including measurements, colorways, fabric details, trims, artwork placement, and construction notes.</li><li>Prepare repeat patterns, color separations, and print-ready files for production.</li><li>Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.</li><li>Communicate clearly with vendors and factories to resolve design and technical issues.</li><li>Review samples and provide feedback to ensure designs meet quality and specification standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.</li><li>Proven experience in creating detailed tech packs for garments and textiles.</li><li>Solid understanding of fabrics, printing techniques, and garment construction.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and specifications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with domestic or international factories.</li><li>Knowledge of CAD systems, repeat pattern creation, and color management.</li><li>Familiarity with different printing methods (screen, digital, sublimation, rotary, etc.).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors with a strong background in garments manufacturing to ensure that all products meet required quality standards, buyer specifications, and compliance guidelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inline and final inspections and a strong understanding of garment construction and finishing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections as per AQL standards</li><li>Inspect garments for fabric defects, stitching quality, measurements, trims, and finishing</li><li>Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements</li><li>Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions</li><li>Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation</li><li>Monitor workmanship, packing, labeling, and carton quality</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework</li><li>Ensure adherence to company's SOPs, safety, and compliance standards</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in garments manufacturing</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, and finishing</li><li>Familiar with AQL standards and buyer quality requirements</li><li>Ability to read and understand tech packs, measurement charts, and QC checklists</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Willingness to work on the production floor and flexible shifts if required</li><li>Diploma/Degree in Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
