Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Networking Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization&rsquo;s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network security to support daily business activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks</li><li>Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability</li><li>Troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues in a timely manner</li><li>Manage network security, including access control, VPNs, and firewall policies</li><li>Perform regular network maintenance, backups, and updates</li><li>Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required</li><li>Provide technical support to users related to networking issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols</li><li>Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar)</li><li>Understanding of network security concepts and tools</li><li>Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an advantage</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
