OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This role encompasses website management, SEO, content creation, social media strategy, event coordination, and brand oversight. As the sole marketing resource, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our marketing efforts across various channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Website &amp; Digital Strategy: Oversee website content, user experience, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and optimization for lead generation.</li><li>SEO &amp; Analytics: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.</li><li>Content Development: Lead the creation of whitepapers, case studies, and other content assets that support thought leadership and demand generation.</li><li>Social Media Marketing: Establish and manage social media strategies, including content creation, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.</li><li>Collateral &amp; Proposals: Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, slide decks, and proposal templates to support sales and business development.</li><li>Event Management: Plan and execute conferences and trade shows, including logistics, marketing, and lead follow-up.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Budget Management: Select and manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Brand Strategy &amp; Reporting: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and provide regular performance reports to leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Required: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or similar experience.</li><li>7+ years of progressive marketing experience, demonstrating success in website management, digital marketing, content creation, and event execution.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives in a lean environment.</li><li>Strong vendor and budget management skills.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Experience in B2B marketing, event/trade show management, and proposal development.</li></ul>Success Metrics (First 12 Months):<ul><li>Optimized website performance with improved traffic and conversion rates.</li><li>Enhanced SEO rankings and increased organic traffic.</li><li>Successful launch of new content assets supporting lead generation.</li><li>Established social media strategy with measurable engagement improvements.</li><li>Updated marketing collateral and proposal templates utilized by sales teams.</li><li>Successful execution of at least one major conference or trade exhibition.</li><li>Established vendor relationships and transparent budget management.</li></ul>We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
