Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the North India region. The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge, strong connections with shipping lines and customers, and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities. Logistics Manager Sales (Refrigeration)

Position: Sr. Executive &ndash; Accounting MIS &amp; Taxation (CA)Location: Mumbai, AndheriExperience: 2+ Years in accounting, MIS, and Taxation.Job Description:&#61656; Financial &amp; Accounts Management:&#61623; Assist accounts manager/consultant in preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial MIS report&rsquo;s as per Indian GAAP and IFRS for Stavis package report as per parentcompany&rsquo;s requirement.&#61623; Review of report prepared including accounting work of accounts executive under accountsmanager guidance.&#61623; Support to supervise and monitor accounting staff daily operations.&#61623; Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff on GST, TDS or statutory filings.&#61623; Support and communicate with other company department for accounting requirement.&#61623; Oversee reconciliation and verification of FA, Inventory at Warehouses, and branches done by accounts team.&#61623; Assist or conduct internal audit and preparation of documentation of findings including implementation of recommendations from management.&#61623; Handling ad-hoc projects as and when required.&#61656; Taxation:&#61623; Preparation of statutory tax returns of the company GST, TCS, TDS etc monthly, quarterly and annually including filing under the guidance of accounts manager and independently.&#61623; Follow compliance policy for financial regulations and internal controls implementation.&#61623; Facilitate / Assist Auditors for Internal / Statutory / IFC / GST/Tax / Transfer Pricing Audits.&#61656; Compliance and Control:&#61623; Assist in company secretarial work under accounts manager guidance for timely filing of documents as per companies act, RBI filings.&#61623; Monitoring and ensure the processes are as per company&rsquo;s internal financial control, company policies including review and changes as and when required.Qualifications:&#61623; Education: Qualified CA.&#61623; Certifications: CA, Inter CA, IFRS certifications are highly desirable.&#61623; Experience: Desirable experience in accounting, taxation, MIS and with some supervisory experience.&#61623; Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.o Knowledge of financial regulations, auditing standards, and risk management.This role requires a professional work approach and for a person who is adept at both supporting and managing accounting and tax operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial MIS.
