The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer queries over the phone and using CRM software to manage interactions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM systems.3. Provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.4. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.5. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth resolutions.6.
