As we grow our community, we&rsquo;re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing &amp; Media Manager to tell our story, elevate our brand, and expand our reach across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities1. Brand &amp; Content StrategyDevelop and execute Sestra&rsquo;s marketing calendar and content strategy aligned with brand values and product launches.Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.Oversee creative production (photo, video, copy) for campaigns, email, and web.2. Social Media &amp; CommunityManage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), growing engagement and reach.Plan and execute influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.Engage directly with the community to build authentic relationships and gather feedback.3. Performance MarketingPlan and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive awareness and conversions.Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.Coordinate with e-commerce team on landing pages, A/B testing, and email marketing.4.
